All orders are unique for each customer and have no resale value. All sales are final. If it is verified that an error was made by Black Print Studios a reprint, credit, within 10 business days of receiving the complete order - we will issue a reprint, credit, or refund. Customers must notify Black Print Studios within 10 business days of receiving the order to rectify any defects discovered in the product - failing to do so will consent that the customer is satisfied with the product. Customers may be required to return the original product before receiving a reprint, credit, or refund.

Please note that all turnaround times are estimates. While Black Print Studios will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, in no case shall Black Print Studios be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Black Print Studios shall not be liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances.
