We will issue a reprint, credit, or refund based on the scope of the product. Customers must notify Black Print Studios within 7 business days of receiving the order to rectify any defects discovered in the product - failing to do so will consent that the customer is satisfied with the product. Customers may be required to return the original product before receiving a reprint, credit, or refund.
