Shipping Policy
Please note that all turnaround times are estimates. While Black Print Studios will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, in no case shall Black Print Studios be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Black Print Studios shall not be liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are unique for each customer and have no resale value. All sales are final. If it is verified that Black Print Studios made an error a reprint will be issued within 7 business days. We will issue a reprint, credit, or refund based on the scope of the product. Customers must notify Black Print Studios within 7 business days of receiving the order to rectify any defects discovered in the product - failing to do so will consent that the customer is satisfied with the product. Customers may be required to return the original product before receiving a reprint, credit, or refund.
