Shipping Policy

1. Turnaround Time Estimates

All production and delivery timelines provided by Black Print Studios (“the Company”) are strictly estimates and shall not be construed as guarantees. While the Company will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to meet the stated turnaround times, it shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any delay in production, shipment, or delivery.

2. Limitation of Liability for Delays

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of governmental authorities, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, shipping carrier delays, transportation interruptions, customs clearance issues, or any other force majeure events.

 

3. Carrier Selection and Shipping Methods

The Company retains full and exclusive discretion to determine the method of shipment and the selection of third-party shipping carriers used for the delivery of any goods. These may include, but are not limited to, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and other regional or international courier services. Under no circumstances shall the Company be obligated to accommodate specific courier or shipping method requests from the customer.

 

4. Non-Binding Nature of Shipping Estimates

Any and all timelines referenced for delivery purposes are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a legally binding commitment. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that such estimates are subject to change without notice and that the Company shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from delays.

 

5. Waiver of Courier Preference

By submitting an order to the Company, the customer expressly waives any right to designate or demand the use of a particular shipping courier or service. The customer further agrees to accept all shipping terms and conditions as determined solely by the Company.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are custom-made and specifically tailored to the individual needs of each customer, thereby holding no resale value. As such, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

 

In the event that Black Print Studios is found to have made an error in the production of the order, we will provide a reprint or issue a credit within 7-10 business days, subject to verification of the error. Customers are required to notify Black Print Studios in writing of any defects or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the order as delivered, and the customer will be considered fully satisfied with the product.

 

Black Print Studios reserves the right to request the return of the original product before issuing a reprint or credit. Any such return shall be at the discretion of Black Print Studios and may be required for verification purposes.
