Shipping Policy
Please be advised that all turnaround times provided by Black Print Studios are estimates and are not guaranteed. While Black Print Studios will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the stated delivery schedules, under no circumstances shall Black Print Studios be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from any delay in shipment or delivery.
Black Print Studios shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in shipment caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, delays by shipping carriers, issues with international customs, or any other unforeseen events.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are custom-made and specifically tailored to the individual needs of each customer, thereby holding no resale value. As such, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
In the event that Black Print Studios is found to have made an error in the production of the order, we will provide a reprint or issue a credit within 7-10 business days, subject to verification of the error. Customers are required to notify Black Print Studios in writing of any defects or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the order as delivered, and the customer will be considered fully satisfied with the product.
Black Print Studios reserves the right to request the return of the original product before issuing a reprint or credit. Any such return shall be at the discretion of Black Print Studios and may be required for verification purposes.
