Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions under which BPS ("Company") provides printing, website and graphic design services to its clients.

Services: The Company provides printing, web design and graphic design services, including but not limited to brochure design, business card design, flyer design, and poster design.

​

Client Requirements: The client shall provide the Company with clear instructions and all necessary materials, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, required for the completion of the project. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the use of any copyrighted material.

​

Deadlines: The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver if caused by circumstances beyond its control.

​

Changes and Amendments: Any changes or amendments requested by the client after the project has commenced may result in additional charges. The Company will provide the client with a written estimate of these charges before proceeding with the changes.

Payment Terms: The client shall pay the Company in full upon receipt of the invoice prior to the project commencing. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 2% per month.

Intellectual Property: The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the materials produced by the Company shall remain the property of the Company. The client shall not use or reproduce the materials without the prior written consent of the Company.

Confidentiality: The Company shall keep confidential all information provided by the client and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

​

Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the supply of the services, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

​

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party.

​

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brampton, ON Canada

​

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between them.

​

Amendments: This agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
