All orders are custom-made and have no resale value; therefore, all sales are final. If it is verified that Black Print Studios made an error, a reprint will be issued within 7 business days. Customers must notify Black Print Studios within 7 business days of receiving their order to report any defects. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance that the product meets expectations. Customers may be required to return the original product before a reprint is processed.
