Digital Administrative Specialist

Black Print Studios is looking for a charismatic individual to fill the role of Digital Administrative Specialist. The candidate will be required to interact one-on-one with clients, manage incoming emails, direct messages & process estimates promptly. 

 

Job description:

Managing the company email and respond to written and verbal requests to maintain the operational flow of the Black Print Studios

 

Create, and review client invoices and quotes

Assistance with maintaining, creating and editing business documentation as needed

Create, edit and post, digital marketing materials for social media and the web

Maintain and upkeep the social media presence of Black Print Studios such as Instagram, Facebook & Twitter

 

Required Skills: 

The Digital Administrative Assistant must possess a history of excellence in written and verbal customer service skills & as well as to have the ability to multi-task while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

 

General knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter & Facebook is a key asset

 

Must be able to work without supervision, and have an understanding of invoicing and project management software

Must be enthusiastic to work with the team in a creative environment

July 26th, 2021

 

Job Type: 

Temporary

 

Salary: 

$20-$25/hour based on experience 

Hours: 

10-20 hours per month 

 

Schedule: 

Day shift 

Monday – Friday; part-time availability on Saturday
